About Stackpedia

Last updated: May 2026 · Reviewed quarterly

Stackpedia was built because we were tired of vague supplement marketing. We research every compound using published studies, clinical trials, and real-world evidence — then present it in plain English.

Stackpedia was built to cut through supplement marketing noise — showing what the actual research says, at what dose, and whether it is worth your money.

Who am I?

We are The NexoraOS Team — software engineers, fitness enthusiasts, and supplement researchers based in the UK. We are not doctors or nutritionists — we are consumers who got tired of marketing claims and started reading the PubMed studies ourselves. Everything on Stackpedia references actual clinical research, not manufacturer marketing.

How we research

Every supplement profile on Stackpedia references peer-reviewed studies where available. I look at systematic reviews and meta-analyses first, then individual RCTs. I note the study size, duration, and whether the effect was clinically meaningful — not just statistically significant. If the evidence is weak, I say so.

What I actually take

For transparency: my current daily stack is creatine monohydrate (5g), vitamin D3 (4000 IU, Oct-Mar), magnesium glycinate (400mg before bed), omega-3 (2g EPA/DHA), and caffeine (via coffee). I have tried dozens of other things over the years and dropped most of them because the evidence was not strong enough to justify the cost.

Why trust Stackpedia?

  • Written by someone who actually takes supplements daily — not a content mill
  • Every claim links back to published research where possible
  • No brand sponsorships or paid rankings
  • If something does not work, I say it does not work
  • Updated regularly as new research is published
